- Is the Web site secure?
Yes. The Closeline website uses a "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) to protect all data provided by our clients. An individual email address and password is required to place title orders and access any personal or account information.
- Can I use Closeline for purchases and refinances?
Yes, Closeline is set up to handle both purchases and refinances.
- I have a commercial transaction, is that something you can handle?
Yes, Closeline’s commercial division is experienced in processing many types of commercial transactions in more than 40 states.
- How quickly can I get my title back?
Our average turnaround time is 2 - 4 days, with the exception of some jurisdictions. Once you place your title order, we will let you know if the property is located in a county or region with longer search times.
- My borrowers are homebound. Do you conduct in-home closings?
Of course. Our nationwide network of attorneys and notaries are available for closings at the borrower’s home, office or other convenient location. After hours and weekends are also offered.
- I prefer to fax in my title order. Is that a problem?
Not at all. New title orders can be faxed to 301.795.0990. Your dedicated account manager will call you to confirm relevant information and start processing your order immediately.
- Can I speak to a live person, or get help if I have general questions?

- I can't remember my password. What should I do?
