For nearly 25 years, our core values have been Integrity, Innovation, Commitment, Learning, Quality, and Caring, not just for our employees, but our community. We wish to make a difference in the lives of children, Veterans and our neighbors and further their opportunities to learn and develop. We take our responsibility for being good stewards very seriously, so we support several charitable programs.

In the Washington Metro area, we’ve made the decision to concentrate our help toward the Colorectal Cancer Alliance, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, St. Mary’s Ryken High School, Toys for Tots, PenFed Foundation, several hospitals, shelters, and other non non-profits.

Our donations are mainly in the Washington DC Area and suburbs where most our employees reside. Many of our employees are also independently active in other worthy causes such as the Hamels Foundation and Academy Dances for Hope, among others. We also support their efforts whenever possible, with donations and in-kind giving and matching opportunities.

On a local and national level, we help Veterans and their families through our tireless support of the Veteran’s Airlift Command. Several of our employee volunteers are also pilots in this amazing program.

The Colorectal Cancer Alliance

The Colorectal Cancer Alliance’s mission is to empower a nation of allies who work with us to provide support for patients and families, caregivers, and survivors; to raise awareness of preventative measures; and inspire efforts to fund critical research.

The CF Foundation

The CF Foundation is the world's leader in the search for a cure for cystic fibrosis, and nearly every CF-specific drug available today was made possible with our financial support. We are a donor-funded, 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is fully accredited by the Better Business Bureau's (BBB) Wise Giving Alliance program.

Veterans Airlift Command

The VAC provides free air transportation to post 9/11 combat wounded and their families for medical and other compassionate purposes through a national network of volunteer aircraft owners and pilots.

St. Mary's Ryken High School

In the spirit of its founders, St. Mary’s Ryken prepares young men and women to become loyal, intelligent and self-directed persons. St. Mary’s Ryken recognizes that each individual is unique and gifted with an innate goodness. The school community encourages the respect for and appreciation of diversity and nurtures a faith-filled view of existence.
Toys for Tots

Toys for Tots

The mission of Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is to assist the U. S. Marine Corps in providing a tangible sign of hope to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas. This assistance includes supporting the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program by raising funds to provide toys to supplement the collections of local Toys for Tots campaigns, to provide promotional and support material and defray the costs of conducting annual Toys for Tots campaigns.

PenFed Foundation

The PenFed Foundation is a national nonprofit organization founded in 2001 that is committed to helping members of our military community secure their financial future.
We provide service members, veterans, their families and support networks with the skills and resources they need to improve their lives through programs on financial education, credit-building, homeownership, and short-term assistance.

Friendship Circle

Our Mission is to provide every child with special needs in Montgomery County and D.C., the friendship, inclusion and emotional support that they deserve. We hope to enrich the lives of our volunteers with the benefits of personal growth and fulfillment derived from selfless giving.
